After completing checkout, please fill out the form here about your contact information and how you would like your jobstone to look. I will reach out to you via the contact information you've entered on the form to ask any questions I may have, and share updates about your job stone's creation, giving you a chance to offer feedback and shape the final design.
It is important that I am able to contact you during this process. If I don't receive a reply after multiple attempts, choices in the job stone's creation will be made at my descretion, but I will always do my best to allow more than ample time to see messages and respond.
Quality Guarantee & Returns
- I'll do my best to honor your requests and send pictures and video of your jobstone while creating it, allowing for as much customization is possible.
- If you are not satisfied with the first completed job stone, I will make a second option and allow you to choose between the two, but I cannot offer refunds, credit or exchanges for custom orders based on design.
- Because the products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.
- I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged once shipped, but if this does happen, I will work with you to find a solution that is fair to both parties.
